Who Are We & What We Do?

Our company was established in 1990 as an association of natural persons, later in 1991 as a limited liability company. We offered products and in the Czech Republic, Germany and in Slovakia. Austria, Slovenia, Cyprus and other countries joined later. Through joint leadership within a group of four companies, we strived for a comprehensive range of services in the field of IT, telecommunications systems and other areas. However, life required us to gradually reorient ourselves from the development of enterprise software and payroll and accounting applications to security technologies for airports, logistics and forests.

Quite a change, isn't it? At first glance, the disparate composition is nevertheless very close to each other in its essence.

The foundation stones of the companies were laid in Sokolov in West Bohemia, from where the companies are still managed till today. During the global economic crisis, we buckled down and, as they say, gritted our teeth. We weathered the turbulent economy, even though we had to say goodbye to a significant percentage of our colleagues. However, everything bad is always good - we were forced to accelerate our development and move into a new realm from where we have much greater influence and where we can do greater good.

And what are we proud of? When the situation calmed down, some of our people gladly returned to us and are still with us today... We believe that this speaks for itself about the level and strength of our relations. We cultivate that same approach with our customers

and suppliers.
